About me
Wild Wonders began as the lifelong passion of Michael Rossi, a science educator and reptile enthusiast who has spent over 30 years inspiring students and audiences with his love for reptiles. After earning his Master of Education in 1995, Mike combined his knowledge of science and his lifelong experience with snakes, turtles, lizards, and alligators to create the Wild Wonders Animal Show in 2002 — a fun, engaging program that uses storytelling, music, and humor to educate children of all ages about both local and exotic reptiles.
In 2024, Wild Wonders expanded its mission with the creation of TNT – Turtle and Tortoise Reptile Rehabilitation, Inc., a nonprofit initiative focused on the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of turtles and tortoises. Mike is currently working with the Wildlife Rescue Coalition (WRC), learning from experienced wildlife professionals while dedicating himself to the animals he loves most.
